2025 Firm Update

We’ve Moved — and We’ve Grown

We’re excited to announce that this October we relocated into a refreshed, newly renovated office — just two blocks from our prior location. After six weeks of hard work installing new floors, small kitchen (with an espresso machine) and a slat wall, the space now better accommodates our growing team and gives us room to serve you with even greater comfort and efficiency. The new office includes a conference room for meetings, more workspace as our client load increases, and is conveniently located in the same building as Safe Float Spa.

Meet the Expanded Team + What’s New Behind the Scenes

We’re pleased to share some important team updates. Sophia Fore, who previously supported us as Tax Administrative Assistant, is now stepping into a full-time Tax Preparer role while pursuing her CPA licensure — bringing her familiarity with our clients and systems to the forefront of tax prep. We’ve also welcomed Brittany Allen, our new Executive Operations Specialist, who brings nearly ten years of experience working with high-level executives to support you directly with contracts, scheduling, onboarding, and operational coordination. Additionally, we will be adding a dedicated in-person office administrator in the coming weeks to further streamline your experience. If you interact with us from an accounting perspective you might meet Luke Atkins, staff accountant. He is a recent graduate from UCSC and has stepped into his new role like a glove!

We’re also working on a growing library of tax and accounting resources — templates, checklists, and guides to help you stay organized throughout the year. We’ll share more soon as we continue building it out but peruse what we have so far at the Resource Library.
