Meet Allison Duffy, CPA

I’m Allison Duffy — a CPA, tax strategist, and founder of a boutique tax firm dedicated to helping service-based S corporations simplify their finances and stay confidently compliant.
I’ve been a licensed CPA since 2009 and hold a Master’s degree in Taxation. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with hundreds of business owners, guiding them through the ever-changing tax landscape. My technical work has even been published by LexisNexis, but what I value most is building long-term relationships with clients who want a strategic partner — not just a tax preparer.
My firm focuses on multistate service businesses earning between $2–5 million annually. I work best with clients who are ready to delegate, value accuracy, and want a proactive approach to tax planning.
I’m based in Capitola, California, and work with clients across the country. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of three and love spending time outdoors running, biking, and swimming.

Meet Sophia Fore
Tax Staff Accountant | Allison Duffy, An Accountancy Corporation
Sophia Fore is an Tax Staff Accounting assisting with tax preparation and planning. She brings strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to everything from tax preparation and bookkeeping to internal systems and client communication.
Sophia graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Economics. She is currently on the path to becoming a licensed CPA, gaining hands-on experience as she completes her licensure requirements.
Dedicated, thoughtful, and always ready to learn, Sophia plays a key role in helping our team deliver timely and accurate work for our clients.
Outside of the office, she enjoys practicing yoga, reading fiction, and exploring her creativity through crafting projects.
Meet Brittany Allen
Executive Operations Specialist | Allison Duffy, An Accountancy Corporation
Brittany Allen is an Executive Operations Specialist with a strong background in executive support, workflow management, and client relations. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has extensive experience improving systems, streamlining processes, and supporting high-volume administrative environments.
Brittany has worked across the beauty, public relations, healthcare IT, and education industries, where she has played a key role in optimizing internal operations and enhancing organizational efficiency. She is committed to delivering a smooth, supportive client experience and brings an empathetic, detail-oriented approach to every stage of the process.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
